CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (CIPD Qualification preferred).
- Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of GDPR legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE
We are seeking an energetic candidate to join the Irish Management Institute (IMI) as an HR Coordinator. In this role, you will actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and play a crucial part in supporting our comprehensive HR function. As a HR Coordinator, you will engage in a range of diverse HR tasks and projects, covering the full spectrum of HR responsibilities at a coordination level. Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, this position provides an exciting opportunity for someone starting their HR career to develop, contribute to continuous improvement and make a substantial impact within the dynamic environment in the Irish Management Institute.
This is a 4-day week role.
