Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking to hire a passionate and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our UK HR Team. This role is an exceptional opportunity for someone who wants to take their HR career to the next level while working in an experienced team of professionals on a global and local scale.
The successful candidate would have some experience in the foundations of an HR function. Most importantly, the successful individual, must have the attitude and desire to succeed in a people focussed role. Your communication skills must be exemplary, and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships with your colleagues is a must. The ability to seek out and solve people problems will enable you to be successful in the role. You would be described as helpful, approachable and thriving to deliver a first class service. You are passionate about making the workplace awesome and contributing to supporting all team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES SHOULD CONTAIN:

  • Daily operations of the HR Department such as drafting employment contracts, maintaining the HR system with employee details, being the first point of contact for employee queries and providing guidance
  • Experience of processing Payroll employee information, and liaising with external payroll providers.
  • You will have experience of maintaining and updating employee records through our HR system.
  • Be familiar with and keep up to date with employment law changes.
  • You will prepare new hire paperwork and ensure all documents required are complete, prior to the new starters first day.
  • You will present and coordinate local induction to all new starters on their first day.
  • Take part in Global HR transformation projects and collaborate with the global HR team.
  • Liaising with external partners for promoting the extensive employee benefits.
