Responsibilities:
As a HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in recruitment and induction for the company
- HR Administration and support
- HRIS System (ELMO) Management
- Facilitating in the C.A.R.E program
- Assisting with coordinating and training and development for staff
- Supporting with onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Assisting the HR Manager with Client Consulting work (as needed)
