This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator or a recent Human Resources Graduate with administration experience. Our client is a privately Queensland owned civil construction company led by a team of highly skilled professionals focusing on projects across multiple disciplines including roads, resources, bridges and additional civil infrastructure projects across North QLD and remote areas.
We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator who is driven, organised and thrives in a fast-paced role. This Administrator will take full responsibility of supporting the HR team with all administrative tasks in recruitment and onboarding management for the business.
Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Recruitment process management including references, ad writing, sourcing suitable candidates and referencing
- Assisting with management of all HR Administration– issue contracts, setup new starters, HR processes, maintaining employee records
- Manage social media platforms including LinkedIn and website with assistance from outsourced website specialist
- Managing emails through HR inbox
- Management of all on-boarding and continuous communication with new employees
- Ensuring each project’s on-boarding process is adhered to inline company’s policy
- Ensure safety standards are kept to an ultimate high including updated training
- General additional administrative HR / Recruitment tasks
The successful individual will have a minimum 2 year’s administration experience, ideally within HR, but happy to consider someone interested in getting into HR. High attention to detail with strong communication skills both written and verbal. Someone with a bit of grit and can-do attitude that can handle high volume workload when projects ramp up.
