Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
As HR Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in the timely delivery of generalist HR coordination to our Project delivery teams and support functions. You will bring your experience to provide support to the project HR Business Partners, HR Manager and P&C Leads across the employee lifecycle. This is a diverse role ranging across multiple HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, remuneration and benefits, culture and engagement, reporting, employee record management, with a strong focus on managing HR transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Management of the Spark HR Inbox enquiries including at times, providing advice on relevant policies and procedures
- Coordination of all onboarding of new hires and offboarding of exits
- Coordination of relocation for new starters
- Process and coordinate HR transactions
- Prepare HR letters and documentation
- Ad hoc reporting on employee data
- Management and maintenance of employee records
- Maintenance of HRIS UKG
- Coordinate and deliver Culture Check-Ins and Exit Interviews
- Coordination of HR initiatives such as Reward & Recognition, Employee Referral Program, Performance and Career Planning
- Review and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Lead AFC HR Audits
- Ad hoc support to implement HR-related projects and initiatives

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders providing administrative support and at times advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to set work priorities to meet deadlines.
