Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

In what is an incredibly exciting time for Foxtel and the entertainment industry, we’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join our HR Support team. This role will provide high quality administrative support and guidance to employees and leaders across Foxtel Group. As part of the HR Support team, you will be the ‘first line of contact’ when dealing with HR queries.
This role would suit an individual that has experience in human resources administration or a similar administrative role. Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or Commerce are highly desirable, as would be Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office – in particular, Excel and Word.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

  • Work on human resource transactions via our case management system including the preparation of employment contracts and letters
  • Collaborate with our broader human resources team as required for specific projects and initiatives that occur from time to time
  • Provide transactional support during cyclical human resource programs, such as remuneration reviews.
