THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time HR Coordinator to join the team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the HR team and assist with the day-to-day operations at Gate City Casino.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum one (1) year of HR experience or Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Working knowledge of HR and employment laws is a plus
  • Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members
  • Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
  • Manage the gaming license process for employees
  • Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members
  • Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required
  • Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information
