Our Hays Brisbane office is seeking a full time HR Coordinator. This role is a 6-month contract covering parental leave commencing immediately reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Co-ordinate parental leave process ensuring contact with employees at key milestones in the process
- Ensure relevant parental leave documentation is gathered from employee and processed accordingly
- Coordination of regions; health and wellbeing, DEI and corporate volunteering programs and initiatives.
- Handle queries from employees and managers regarding employee benefits, leave management and policies/ procedures within Hays
- Manage the administration of performance appraisals
- Produce and analyse HR reports for HR Business Partner and Senior Leaders
- Coordinate and provide data for annual employee engagement survey, liaising with group HR as required
- Coordination of training
