Description:

An experienced HR Coordinator is required for a generalist role within a not for profit.
Our client is a registered not for profit, specialising within the allied health sector.
An experienced HR Coordinator is required to join the team, working with the Managing Director to provide support for the end to end employee lifecycle.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Management of the full recruitment process from advertising, prescreening, interviewing and compliance
  • Raising new and change of contracts
  • Supporting the inductions and onboarding
  • Providing coaching and development to line management
  • Providing generalist advice regarding policies, procedures and processes
  • Leading grievance, disciplinary and performance management processes
  • Performance review and supporting annual remuneration process
  • Supporting management with talent management
  • Providing data analytics and reporting
  • Ad hoc projects

They are seeking an individual who has prior experience of working within a similar role who enjoys the hands-on nature of a generalist position and the autonomy to succeed. It is essential that you have recent exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards. You will be an active team player who has the ability to communicate at all levels of the business, and have a proactive nature to support continuous improvement. It is essential that you are a car owner as they have 5 sites where ad-hoc travel will be required.
The role is a permanent, full-time position but offers flexible working hours and working from home.
