Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Follow HR requirements in different countries and customer contracts when required
- Plan and monitor daily activities related to the rotation of offshore personnel, including travel, schedule, overtime, input to payroll, etc.
- Plan and staff offshore personnel for own unit on behalf of Rig Manager. Map the staffing needs of the unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establish, control and monitor electronic personnel archive, working time, overtime, travel, travel bills, absences, etc.
- Update of all systems and reports related to personnel in the required systems
- Follow-up of the units’ personnel issues in close collaboration with Operations Management and GBS HR Support.
- Including firsthand handling / input to Rig Manager in all personnel matters.
- Ongoing contact with the supervising operations team and offshore management in all personnel matters
- Collaborate with the Training Coordinator regarding the educational needs and rig specific skills/certifications needed, etc, on behalf of the Rig Manager
- Call in offshore personnel to meetings
- Monitor the working environment and personnel of the unit
- Maintain communication and contact with offshore personnel
- Trained and qualified to be a part of duty phone and next of kin group
- Emergency function acc. Emergency procedures manual and guidelines
- Be visible for offshore personnel and visit personnel on board/in transit.
- Performance responsibilities for position
- Share responsibility for developing action plans, targeting the company and the department’s current strategy
- Follow the applicable instructions and procedures to maintain a good quality and effective implementation of the work
- Utilize the systems, reports and applications required for the position
- Ensure that the company’s applicable personnel system is used in connection with offshore personnel
- Contribute with proposals for improvements and register discrepancies with suggestions for corrective action
- At all times being competent in using company systems
- Strategy, action plan and procedures (delete if position does not have this)
- Follow up sick leave
- Client relations (internal and external)
- Contribute to provide excellent customer service
- Social responsibilities
- Contribute to create a good working environment
- Contribute to recommend improvements, as well as record discrepancies with suggestions for corrective measures
- Work with management to develop own expertis
- Systems o Follow all applicable instructions and procedures to maintain a good quality and effectiveness of the work
- Use the systems and programs required and authorized by the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-year high school and / or training / education within personnel administration subjects.
- Relevant experience from offshore personnel work
- Knowledge of equipment and systems within the scope of work
- Good team working and communication skills, flexible and dedicated
- Must be able to work independently and take responsibility
- Dedicated to working with people
- Must be able to work with accuracy and structure in a systematic way
