JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and coordination for various HR functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar HR support role.
– Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
– Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office suite.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities:

– Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate screenings.
– Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
– Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
– Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
– Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking attendance.
– Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback collection.
– Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and policy updates.
– Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
– Assist with compliance activities, including ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
– Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
