JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an efficient and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide crucial support in various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and the effective management of our employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update HR records accordingly.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including coordinating performance appraisals and tracking performance improvement plans.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information and assistance regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
