Description:

HR COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous work experience in Human Resources is required
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills
  • An understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business tools
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to spend considerable time at a desk using a computer in a regular office environment
  • 2+ Years of experience in Human Resources is preferred
  • SHRM certified is preferred
  • Spanish speaking highly preferred

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for identifying and assisting in any HR related issues while adhering to the company policies and objectives. The HR coordinator will oversee the recruitment and onboarding process and provide a positive work experience for potential candidates, new hires, and employees. This position ensures harmony and coordination between different HR functions within the organization as they relate to supporting our employees in the best way possible. It also involves working closely with the HR team to create strategies, implement plans, and monitor business and employee needs. Top candidates will be fantastic at managing professional working relationship and effective at scheduling throughout the recruitment process.

HR COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure that all the information is complete and accurate
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records with confidentiality
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting positions, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive, ethical hiring experience
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
  • Coordinate on-site training sessions when needed
  • Perform orientations and trainings for new hires
  • Provide strategic reporting to management regarding employee time & attendance
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
  • Support other assigned functions
