Responsibilities:

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Team. This role typically reports to the Head of HR Systems & Process
The purpose of the role is to provide a responsive and professional administrative service to the Group HR Department.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Digital preparation of offer letters and contracts for new employees within the Group and processing HR data and maintaining up to date and accurate employee records within the HR information system.
  • Dealing confidentially with sensitive, HR-related information.
  • Collating new employee starter forms and liaising with Payroll and the Regional Offices
  • Creating and maintaining HR records in our HR system
  • General filing and administrative duties
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable
