Description:

As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering various HR benefits programs and providing support in general HR administration. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR software and database management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with external providers to ensure smooth administration of benefit programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
  • Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, preparing HR-related documents, and responding to HR inquiries.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the HR Manager - Services and Support.
