Description:
As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering various HR benefits programs and providing support in general HR administration. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR software and database management.
- Ability to work under pressure and with confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate with external providers to ensure smooth administration of benefit programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
- Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, preparing HR-related documents, and responding to HR inquiries.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Perform other duties as directed by the HR Manager - Services and Support.
