Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will play a pivotal role within the P&C team and will be responsible for:

  • First point of contact for HR enquiries
  • Management of a HR inbox, with all policy & procedural queries.
  • Managing onboarding and induction processes.
  • Managing the HRIS system & people data.
  • Ensure all HR Admin is processed, including changes to terms and conditions, parental leave, probation, HR inbox queries, HR invoicing, HR reporting and metrics etc.
  • Assisting the HR team with broader HR projects.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in an HR Admin or Coordinator position.
  • Strong drive, motivation, creativity & ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and energetic style with outstanding communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & skills across the Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
