Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
- Familiarity with Payroll and Leave administration preferred.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to established deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with proficiency in written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Canva, and ADP. Possesses a strong aptitude for adapting to and quickly learning new software and processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
