The HR Coordinator is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to leadership and team members in our HR Business Partner and Learning & Development functions. The ability to learn quickly, work independently in a fast-paced team environment, and collaborate with others are keys to success!

Day in the Life:

This role supports our Learning & Development leaders and team members while providing technical and administrative support related to enterprise learning, employee development, leadership development, and early career programs. In this role, you will:

  • Manage training course initiations and completions in HR management system
  • Apply standard methodology to organize and maintain electronic files
  • Lead initiation and renewal of software products

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Works independently to coordinate logistics and scheduling of departmental meetings and learning engagements
  • Coordinates with internal business partners to acquire and/or create materials such as training requests, meeting planners and agendas
  • Provides basic analysis of human resources data and development of reports including charts, graphs and employee assessments
  • Maintains employee relations case files and supporting documentation
  • Edits and maintains departmental collaboration sites and online accounts
  • Accurately and timely processes and codes departmental invoices
  • Provides general administrative and office management support
  • Arranges team member travel and filing expense reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources or similar professional setting
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
  • Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
