Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with local labour laws and HR practices in Singapore.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Basic understanding of blockchain and Web3 is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administration, with a preference for those with a background in technology or startup companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement company processes and policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to procurement, facility management, meeting arrangements, and visitor reception.
- Handle HR-related tasks, such as assisting in the recruitment process, onboarding and off boarding procedures, and employee record management.
- Manage employee benefits, including insurance, holidays, and other welfare programs.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing materials and documenting key points.
- Support internal team communication to enhance efficiency and team cohesion.
- Organize and maintain company files and records, ensuring information security and privacy protection.
- Execute other relevant tasks assigned by senior management.
