Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The HR Data Specialist to join our client’s HR Systems, Projects, Data and Reporting team in London on a hyrbid model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR information systems, reporting and data analytics. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the data integrity and accuracy within our Position Management platform to enable the business to make strategic decisions as to how they manage their budgets vs current people spend.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and manage HR data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • AnalySe HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic HR decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights to HR leaders and business managers.
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and systems based on data analysis.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
  • Ensure HR data is managed in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining data security and confidentiality.
