Description:

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Working collaboratively across Europe this role will be the key contributor and enabler for data design and provision to the European Data Lake, under the guidance of the Regional Data & MI Manager.
  • Take control and management of the data within country (initially Germany), understanding and working with requirements and needs of stakeholders within the country, region and globally.
  • Develop and maintain HR Management Information (HRMI) systems to efficiently store, manage, and make data available for analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical solutions.
  • Creating and managing a consistent data structure for HR information across different systems and platforms, including SAP, Oracle, SAGE, and Data Lake.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency through systematic data cleansing and preprocessing and Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline data analysis processes.
  • Analyse HR data to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and data management.

YOUR KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role, preferably in HR analytics or related areas.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL is must and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
  • Familiarity with data cleansing and preprocessing techniques.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and find pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player with the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical mindset and a passion for data.Fluent English; additional German language skills are a plus.
