Job Description
People Team: We enable the delivery of News UK people strategy through business partnering, efficient system solutions and people insights.
We administer HR systems and offer solutions that meet business needs and deliver excellent user experience. We run business processes and manage HR data with a continuous improvement philosophy and compliance mindset.
The role: You will join the People Systems & Analytics team specialising in the use of HR systems with opportunity to participate in ongoing projects and data improvements.
You will have day to day interaction with the People Operations and Payroll teams, as well as working closely with HR Business Partners & Coordinators.
This role primarily looks after people data and reports to the Senior HR Data Analyst.
