JOB SUMMARY

The HR Data Analyst plays a crucial role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making within the HR department. This position involves reviewing HR data, identifying trends related to employee performance, turnover, absenteeism, and other critical metrics. The HR Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to guide HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review HR data and analyse data, solve problems, give us critical insights (example: if there was absence data, identify the issues by locations / customer / manager etc.)
  • Review data related to employee demographics, compensation, benefits, and performance.
  • Identify discrepancies, outliers, and patterns within the data.
  • Analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness) to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to address specific challenges (e.g., improving retention, reducing absenteeism).
  • Provide recommendations for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Create reports for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
