JOB DESCRIPTION

Dive into the heart of strategic decision-making as join a reputable insurance corporation as their Senior Insights Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to provide actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyse claims data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic workforce resourcing.
• Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future workforce needs based on business projections and industry trends.
• Create Qliksense dashboards and enhance data literacy across the organisation, ensuring data quality and refining data definitions.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team, to provide insights and strategic guidance.
• Collaborate within a business support function to seamlessly integrate insights and data into decision-making processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
• Contribute to other business-related activities and initiatives as required.
