CONNECT TO YOUR SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience consulting to internal or external clients with regards to application of analytic and reporting solutions
- Experience in Human Capital or People teams addressing People focused business scenarios & handling confidential People data
- Experience telling compelling stories with people data to nontechnical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and design aesthetic
- Experience leading tasks and small to mid-size projects with minimal oversight
- Talent for creating client-ready presentations in a variety of tools
- Knowledge of advanced statistical concepts
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of a programming language like R or Python
- Experience with Visier or OneModel is helpful
