Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to, as follows:

  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentation by collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends from multiple sources on key HR metrics
  • Liaise with other departments / teams within the organization to facilitate the provision of HR data to internal stakeholders.
  • Support day to day activities involving data analysis
  • Enhancing data quality on all HR systems
  • Create and maintain HR data reports and dashboards
  • Develop key metrics and automate reporting to facilitate cost reviews
  • Define clear processes and guidelines
  • Assist in the preparation of staff costs budgets and forecasts
  • Optimise and document our HR admin processes and support in writing procedures and guidelines
  • Foster the use of our HRIS and lead the development of new functionalities to further automate HR processes
  • Develop automated templates for our main contractual documents and workflows
  • Adopt a continuous improvement approach toward all our activities and support in the definition of KPIs to monitor our activity and efficiency levels
  • Intranet Management and updating information in HR databases
  • Process automation
  • Involved in different HR projects, all of them aimed at developing, improving and extending HR servicesInterest in Artificial Intelligence and new technologies
