THE JOB:

This is a newly created role; you will have the opportunity to make your mark! We’re looking for someone who loves tech, but understands people and can communicate with impact.
Let’s face it some of us are not as tech savvy as you, so we need someone that can turn the tech into a conversation that everyone gets, make the complex simple.
It is an exciting time to join as we will be implementing a new HR System Dayforce, solving problems like how we integrate to broader platforms to make our work easier allowing us to spend more time supporting our fantastic employees.

Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in an IT related qualification, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in leading a team and working with HRIS systems to support compliance, drive efficiencies and optimise the employee experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employee life cycle within a single or integrated HRIS. Experience in large scale systems and organisations highly regarded.
  • Experience providing system support including access administration, troubleshooting issues and implementing change requests and upgrades. And creating and develop system documentation such as system specifications, user manuals and test scripts.
  • Excellent understanding of HR processes including engagement, culture, onboarding, performance/development, talent, learning, rostering, and attendance etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Customer centric approach to service delivery including excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong Time Management and Multi-tasking skills.
  • Expert Excel spreadsheet skills, that makes data relevant

  • You get a total remuneration package of $145,000 (this includes super at 11.5%)
  • Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
