REQUIREMENTS: THE SKILLS & TRAINING YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Data Analysis and Communication skills: Ability to quickly connect quantitative and qualitative data into accurate insights for diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Experience in establishing leading and lagging indicators and tracking methods.
- Influential Leadership: Ability to collaborate across teams to drive consensus and achieve data goals.
- Hands-On Approach: Strong sense of ownership and accountability for data initiatives with a willingness to roll up their sleeves.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining data integrity (we’re in growth phase)
- Degree in Social Sciences or a related field
