JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a HR Data & Reporting Analyst for our GBS in Lisbon to cover for a Maternity Leave.

REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management and other similar areas, or equivalent related work experience;
  • Experience in an HRIS or HR support role is desirable;
  • Experience with ADP Vantage., Workday and Service Now (preferred);
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to effectively prioritize;
  • A highly proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and interactions;
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills;
  • Excellent PC skills, specifically GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and Excel;
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HR information to ensure 100 % data integrity in ADP, Workday and Service Now;
  • Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions and ensure modifications/updates are entered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive and Workday processes.
  • Record employee data into HR systems (SAP, Workday, and ADP) /manage requests to update employees’ personal data (data entry, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, corrections, work schedule, and other transactions as needed).
  • Respond to Personnel Administration related inquiries and resolve concerns. Provide support and guidance to HRBPs and employees on HR tools as needed;
  • Perform HR Data reports extracted from ADP and Workday;
  • Propose and support continuous improvement opportunities and projects
