JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a HR Data & Reporting Analyst for our GBS in Lisbon to cover for a Maternity Leave.
REQUIREMENTS - OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management and other similar areas, or equivalent related work experience;
- Experience in an HRIS or HR support role is desirable;
- Experience with ADP Vantage., Workday and Service Now (preferred);
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent time management skills with ability to effectively prioritize;
- A highly proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and interactions;
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills;
- Excellent PC skills, specifically GSuite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) and Excel;
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate HR information to ensure 100 % data integrity in ADP, Workday and Service Now;
- Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions and ensure modifications/updates are entered in a timely manner.
- Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various e-filing, Google Drive and Workday processes.
- Record employee data into HR systems (SAP, Workday, and ADP) /manage requests to update employees’ personal data (data entry, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, corrections, work schedule, and other transactions as needed).
- Respond to Personnel Administration related inquiries and resolve concerns. Provide support and guidance to HRBPs and employees on HR tools as needed;
- Perform HR Data reports extracted from ADP and Workday;
- Propose and support continuous improvement opportunities and projects
