Responsibilities:

  • Together with the project team, conduct and support comprehensive HR data mapping analysis between existing HR systems and target system
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand data requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration processes
  • Lead data transformation efforts with HR teams, ensuring data integrity, consistency, compliance with organizational and project standards
  • Work with the project team to develop and maintain documentation for data mapping, transformation rules and migration processes
  • Develop and maintain data migration documentation, including data dictionaries, mapping specifications, and transformation logic.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for efficiency and performance.
  • Establish and implement quality assurance measures to validate data accuracy and completeness post-migration.
  • Provide support to HR teams on data transformation procedures
