• Preferences are for candidates in the Ontario location, however, if you are close to a Bureau Veritas location in a different Canadian Province, you can still be considered as this position, as it will be mostly remote.

• Full end to end responsibility of all aspects of HR within your designated business division
• Building strong, personable and collaborative relationships with your clients, advising on best practice HR and value adding HR initiatives to support their organizational development
• Providing advice and coaching on key HR processes including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and Performance Management
• Develop people and teams that deliver outstanding performance
• Strengthen a results-orientated culture
• Question and challenge the status quo, find new ways to drive employee engagement
