Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AT BAXTER

We are looking for a Director, HR Business Partner, who develops strong relationships with the teams they support and delivers integrated and inclusive HR thought-leadership in areas such as: culture, DE&I, engagement, HR strategy development, organization design, talent management, change management, managerial coaching and driving cyclical HR processes.
The Director HR Business Partner will support the global Front Line Care business unit (1.3b/1600ee) and is responsible for supporting and driving the business strategy through practical talent solutions. The Director, HRBP acts as an employee champion, change agent and develops a demonstrable knowledge base of their business partners’ functions and strategic objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develops and drives HR plans and strategies to support achievement of strategic objectives, current and future talent needs
  • Drives and performs a lifecycle approach to talent management focused on talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, retention, leveraging people analytics and insights
  • Develop thoughtful, integrated approaches to promote diversity and inclusion in talent attraction, development, and retention
  • Drive overall implementation of plans and strategies, continually implements effectiveness
  • Advise with management on a variety of HR and business-related issues, both strategically and operationally
  • Partner with the VP and Senior Leadership team to drive effective organizational alignment and processes to enable strong partnerships with key functions
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership team to lead change management efforts and ensure leadership and team effectiveness
  • Provide executive coaching and development to senior leaders
  • Drive an effective engagement strategy and action planning that reinforces the culture and behaviors
  • Use data and analytics in order to turn storytelling into insights, recommendations and actions
  • Create and support an environment where trust, transparency, credibility, and integrity are recognized as key factors in building long-term positive relationships between the organization, its employees and leaders
  • Serves as a consultant to employees and managers on a variety of issues such as training needs, performance management, talent management, engagement and employee relations
  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners
