As an HR Director within our Global Office community, you will partner with members of our Executive Leadership Team and other senior leaders across the business to co-create and deploy the People and Sustainability plan to deliver the business strategy and to support a progressive and healthy performance culture. You will coach and challenge senior leaders on creating an organisation that is inclusive, engaging and bring Pandora’s values – dream, dare, care, and deliver - to the front and center of everything we do.
In this role, you will get the opportunity to further develop your career within a global, matrix company and an environment characterized by diverse talent, high-impact, and continuous learning. You will establish and maintain productive relationships with key leaders and their teams across the HR function on a global scale.
You probably come from a similar role in a global company, where you have been part of enabling business transformation, through a strong people agenda. We expect you have a good foundation and experience in in HR processes, execution of the yearly cycle, employee lifecycle, and driving talent processes. In addition, you should be curious, open and have a desire to continue to develop your career further into HR.

  • Experience in org design/change management, talent and/or leadership/org development.Knowledge of Danish employment law requirements and legal implications is an advantage.
