In this role, you will serve as the strategic people advisor to our Electrical and Fastening Solutions (EFS) global Sales team, Electrical Product Management, and Marketing teams, reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. A key member of the EFS HR leadership team, you will partner closely with leaders to provide strategic HR support to foster a growth organization.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Collaborate with leaders to understand their strategic talent priorities, and develop aligned people strategies to enable achievement of company goals.
  • Deploy and drive change management and transformation efforts
  • Provide mentorship to leaders on development and efficiency of the leadership team to ensure a coordinated, aligned and hard-working team.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace
  • Work with Centers of Excellence (COE) leaders on talent initiatives within the business, including the development, performance management, talent planning, and recognition & rewards.
