Description:
SUMMARY
Drive business success by leveraging HR expertise to navigate complex environments and develop tailored solutions within a medical devices international MNC. Spearhead the HR & Admin function to deliver exceptional support and foster a high-performing culture, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while optimizing organizational performance through strategic HR leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of regional HR experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex, dynamic situations.
- Thorough understanding of the Employment Act.
- Regional experience is required.
- Experience in the medical devices or related industry is highly preferred.
