Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a recruitment specialist to provide end to end support for company’s recruitment needs, including sourcing for candidates, managing candidates, overseeing selection, and managing onboarding
  • Oversee employee engagement efforts through creating opportunities and programs that promote employee involvement, collaborating with other departments and vendors, as necessary
  • Prepare and maintain employment records and contractual obligations for manpower related events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
  • Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with necessary HR support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
