Description:
Job Responsibilities:-
- Asssist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrurm of HR Fuction
- Perform administrative tasks in the HR Department such as staff management, recruitment process, employee welfare programes etc.
- Assist to prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that all HR transactional activites and standards comply with relevant Acts and ethical standards.
- Administer the HRIS and liaise with service provider for resolution of issues when necessary.
- Administer and update employees’ database on atimely and accurate basis.
- Assist to handle insurance processes, accurately and timely.
Assist to advice Heads of Department and all employees on HR policies and procedures, employee rewards and benefits.Assist on work pass matters and tax clearances for foreigners.
Requirement:-
- At least Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Locally Candidates must be familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Foreign work pass regulations/procedures and with at least one year HR Experience.
- Posses excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Detailed and meticulous, ability to multi-task, good planning, co-ordination and follow-up skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Application, such as Words, Excel and powerpoint.
