Description:

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Asssist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrurm of HR Fuction
  • Perform administrative tasks in the HR Department such as staff management, recruitment process, employee welfare programes etc.
  • Assist to prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure that all HR transactional activites and standards comply with relevant Acts and ethical standards.
  • Administer the HRIS and liaise with service provider for resolution of issues when necessary.
  • Administer and update employees’ database on atimely and accurate basis.
  • Assist to handle insurance processes, accurately and timely.
  • Assist to advice Heads of Department and all employees on HR policies and procedures, employee rewards and benefits.Assist on work pass matters and tax clearances for foreigners.

Requirement:-

  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Locally Candidates must be familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Foreign work pass regulations/procedures and with at least one year HR Experience.
  • Posses excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Detailed and meticulous, ability to multi-task, good planning, co-ordination and follow-up skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Application, such as Words, Excel and powerpoint.
