Our client is a leading global services provider in maritime services sectors. They are now recruiting a Crew Operations Coordinator to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Area.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 2 years of relavant Offshore crewing experience

• Facilitate recruitment procedures, including drafting job descriptions and scheduling interviews.
• Manage contracts and oversee payroll activities.
• Ensure adherence to performance management protocols.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel records and data entry.
• Identify and fulfill staff training needs as directed by supervisors.
• Coordinate international personnel movements, including visa arrangements and accommodation.
• Verify compliance with certification and regulatory requirements.
• Address any other ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.
