Description:
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Develop, coordinate and administer all recruitment process
- Conduct initial screening and interview of potential candidates
- Review and evaluate applications for employment
- Drive the recruitment process by actively sourcing for talent in the related fields
- Develop strong relationship and work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements to fulfill the business needs as to maximize the effectiveness of recruitment process
- Assist in reviewing job description before advertising and using professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
- Responsible for gathering necessary paperwork with the new hires before their start date and conduct reference checks when required
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and briefing to shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions
- Conduct the full on-boarding process of new hires (e.g. employment contract, register of medical insurance, issuance of uniform and etc)
- Organize and update employee files at the same time maintained security and confidentiality of employee’s information
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
- Monitor uniform inventory and handle issuance of company assets
- Responsible for letters preparation (e.g. transfer letter, confirmation letter, acceptance of resignation and etc)
- Administer employees’ confirmation and ensure timely processing of documentation
- Arrange and liaise with external vendor for the course for employees
- Process work passes application, renewal, cancellation and medical check-up and travel arrangement for foreign employees
- Liaise with schools and respective government bodies for internship and career programmes
- Manage offboarding related activities including exit interview
Assist in employee disciplinary and grievance issuesAdhoc initiatives and assignments as and when assign by the management
REQUIREMENTS
- Fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented and able to work independently and as a team
- Proactive, able to mulit-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and sensitivity regarding employee information
- Good knowledge on employment legislations
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal skills, accountable, initiative and willing to learn
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to start work immediately is preferred
