Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, including payroll management.
  • Possess a Certificate of Employments Intermediaries (CEI Basic/KAH) will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Maintain a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR management, not limited to employee life cycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, staff engagement initiatives, and providing advisory services on HR policies and procedures to both employees and management.
  • Assist payroll management to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in Singapore, Malaysia, and potentially other regions.
  • Assist talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees, including coordination with training providers, career development initiatives, performance management and succession planning.
  • Partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment and selection process, from creating and posting job advertisements to screening candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Uphold workplace discipline by enforcing adherence to company policies and procedures, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employees’ rights, staying abreast of regulatory updates and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain HR practices in compliance.
  • Assist in administering and updating changes in employees’ benefits, including medical and hospitalization insurance plans, and other related benefits.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including client portfolios, and providing assistance in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support various HR initiatives as needed.
