Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates Sensational proficiency in mandatory Human Resources Policies, Procedures, and online Government Systems to provide Exquisite Advice on current Practices.
  • Conducts Seamless Onboarding for Fellow ‘FIVERs,’ exuding the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ with every Interaction.
  • Exhibits In-Depth knowledge of the UAE’s Labour Laws and Procedures, ensuring a Premium Understanding of Local Regulations.
  • Coordinates Departmental FIVE Tribe Relations Functions in consultation with the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager, fostering a Vibrant Work Environment.
  • Coordinates the ‘FIVER’ Recruitment Process with a Distinguished Touch, ensuring accurate, consistent, and complete documentation for a Sensational Candidate Experience.
  • Develops and maintains confidential, Bespoke Departmental and ‘FIVER’ files and databases, reflecting a First-in-Class Approach to Data Management.
  • Prepares and completes the monthly Human Resources Report and other Statistical Reports, as required by the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager.
  • Manages the Administration Tasks related to a ‘FIVER’s’ start and departure, ensuring a Smooth and Impressive Transition.
  • Oversees end-to-end Monthly Payroll updates administration, checking worked hours, holidays, absences, overtime, lieu days, lateness, etc., with a focus on Premium Accuracy.
  • Ensures all FIVE Notice Boards reflect a ‘FIVE-Star’ Display of Information, including new joiners, promotions, awards, and engagement results.
  • Maintains a Good Working Relationship with other Departments and ‘FIVERs,’ fostering a Collaborative Work Atmosphere.
  • Engages in daily Communication with Fellow ‘FIVERs,’ receiving and addressing their requests Promptly.
  • Conducts a daily check on ‘FIVER’ lockers, changing rooms, and transportation, ensuring a Lavish and ‘FIVE-Styled’ Environment.
  • Works Collaboratively with all FIVE Tribe Members, incorporating a Fabulous Approach to enhance operational processes, improve communication, efficiency, and costs across all Human Resources practices.
