Description:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) processes and submissions is preferred.
- Prior experience in managing foreign worker work pass applications and renewals is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all HR processes and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR functions, including monthly payroll processing and computation of sales commissions.
- Coordinate the annual staff performance appraisal, bonus allocation, and salary review process.
- Handle job postings, recruitment, and candidate interviews for new staff.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and preparation of employment letters, as well as administer employee benefits.
- Support management in addressing employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Participate in Ministry of Manpower (MOM) surveys.
- Maintain and update employees’ information, records, and personnel files in the HR system.
- Manage and track employees’ leave and claims.
- Handle foreign worker work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, pre-employment medical examinations, and related submissions.
- Process monthly CPF, SDL, donations, foreign worker levy, and other statutory claims.
- Submit annual IR8A forms via AIS Scheme to IRAS.
- Develop and update company HR policies regarding leave, claims, benefits, etc.
- Coordinate with banks and government entities for fund transfers, applications, renewals, and inquiries.
- Monitor daily incoming funds from banks and post transactions to the accounting system.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for accounts and HR documents.
- Prepare banking forms such as direct credit authorization forms, vendor creation approval forms, and Interbank GIRO forms.
- Collect cash and cheques from the Sales team.
