We are recruiting to fill the position below:
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in HR functions and processes.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Very High Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- SHRM-CP, CIPM or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Handle inquiries and requests from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing timely and accurate information and guidance.
- Assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations, monitoring compliance, and recommending updates to policies and procedures as needed.
- Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback collection.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, documenting findings, and providing guidance on disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects, programs, and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Generate reports and analytics from HRIS and other systems to support decision-making and HR metrics tracking.
- Participate in HR team meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
