Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in HR, or any other related discipline
  • 2-3 years working experience in learning & development function
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge and experience working with competencies is an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assist in the development and implementation of learning & development frameworks, L&D intervention programs & initiatives to improve workforce capability
  • Work with departments to determine current and future learning needs
  • Curate training programs and/or facilitate the development of learning content to address learning needs of the organization
  • Coordinate and maintain records on all L&D related activities and administration of training grants
  • Gather data and feedback, and analyze effectiveness of learning interventions for improvements
