Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in HR, or any other related discipline
- 2-3 years working experience in learning & development function
- Good verbal and written communication
- Knowledge and experience working with competencies is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assist in the development and implementation of learning & development frameworks, L&D intervention programs & initiatives to improve workforce capability
- Work with departments to determine current and future learning needs
- Curate training programs and/or facilitate the development of learning content to address learning needs of the organization
- Coordinate and maintain records on all L&D related activities and administration of training grants
- Gather data and feedback, and analyze effectiveness of learning interventions for improvements
