REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or other relevant HR qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ of relevant experience in HR.
  • Experience in both manual and HR systems payroll process.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Singapore & Malaysia Employment Act and other relevant statutory legislations and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all the levels.
  • Adaptable, agile, and able to multi-task.
  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skills and strong in both verbal and written communication as well as computer literacy.
  • Result-oriented, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Can-Do approach to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.
  • Able to start immediately or short notice.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll processing for both Singapore and Malaysia including Full-time, Part-time in a timely manner.
  • Payroll activities including, verifying roster, leave applications, process payroll, bank upload file, CPF submission, payslips and manage payroll payments.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data in the payroll system and personnel file.
  • Generate reports on payroll costs, employee hours, and benefits utilization as needed.
  • Support day-to-day activities include processing employee letters for confirmation, promotion, bank opening, salary adjustment and extension of probation letter.
  • Ensure payroll payments are in accordance with local statutory guidelines and company policies.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll report, CPF report, Levy report, Recruitment report and Grab report.
  • Forecast manpower cost and reports for management review.
  • Calculate and project foreign manpower quota balance & local manpower growth
  • Support day-to-day activities include processing employee letters for confirmation, promotion, bank opening, salary adjustment and extension of probation letter.
  • Review and verify invoices related to payroll, including those for casual labor provided by third-party vendors and full-time third-party labor.
  • Complete relevant surveys as required by various government agencies pertaining to human resources.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.Provide training and support to employees on payroll-related processes and systems.
