Description:
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Plan and execute to ensure the Company always has sufficient manpower, Staff possesses the relevant skillsets required across all departments, and that the daily HR operation is run smoothly to meet User’s and Company’s expectations.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource or relevant
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience with recruitment
- Experience in working in a company with staff strength of minimum 20 to 80 pax.
- Experience in construction, system integrator for any industry (Oil & Gas, IT, M&E, etc)
- Experience in working at a recruitment company as a recruiter.
Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment
- Primary focus on end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing of potential candidates, posting Job Ads on recruitment portals and other avenues, to employment contract signing with selected candidate.
- Handle staff onboarding, including preparation of documents and staff orientation
- Handle staff offboarding
- Liaise with the Management, HODs and external vendors on manpower and staffing
B. HR Operation
- Assisting the HR Manager in all HR-related activities/duties
