Description:

Our client is a global Search business, who are looking to appoint an Executive Search Recruiter in their London office who will work within the Financial Leadership industry. There is scope for this position to progress into a Managing Partner role in time.
This established Search business, have a global footprint, and as such, have a significant market presence within the HR market, with an unparalleled network in the Boardroom, and in both the Private and Public sectors.
The practice has the experience and capability to recruit across the whole spectrum of HR positions: from SME and family-owned business HR roles to blue-chip and Plc talent opportunities for up-and-coming HR professionals.

The Role:

  • You will work closely with a Partner in the business who has an already developed network both internationally and domestically.
  • Develop new and existing client business, through marketing, business development, events and use of social media.
  • Manage and deliver all candidate processes.
  • Pitch at client meetings, as well as work collaboratively with colleagues on joint ventures
  • Build a strong network within the market and develop strong relationships with relevant people at senior levels.

About You:
We are looking to speak with experience and successful individuals who have a background in working in retained search recruitment, and who has had prior experience of working on HR Leadership roles.
You will be able to evidence a successful track record within retained recruitment, or perhaps you have worked in contingent recruitment at senior levels and are looking for your first role recruiting for retained positions.
High levels of being able to produce first class written documents for assignments.
A solution orientated, curios and professional demeanour is imperative.
