Description:
Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of HR duties.
- Manage MOM work pass processes.
- Manage employee’s onboarding/off-boarding processes.
- Handle claims for senior management.
- Handle recruitment processes.
- Prepare HR documents, including contracts, correspondence, and memos.
- Manage monthly payroll processing and handle statutory payment submission.
- Submission of IRAS income tax.
- Handle government claims.
- Manage external auditor inquiries and MOM surveys.
- Coordinate staff training programs and maintain records.
- Manage office administrative matters.
- Coordinate company events/activities.
- Review and renew insurance policies.
- Handle any ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of HR and administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and laws.
- Ability to multitask and work independently, with minimum supervision.
