Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Full spectrum of HR duties.
  • Manage MOM work pass processes.
  • Manage employee’s onboarding/off-boarding processes.
  • Handle claims for senior management.
  • Handle recruitment processes.
  • Prepare HR documents, including contracts, correspondence, and memos.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and handle statutory payment submission.
  • Submission of IRAS income tax.
  • Handle government claims.
  • Manage external auditor inquiries and MOM surveys.
  • Coordinate staff training programs and maintain records.
  • Manage office administrative matters.
  • Coordinate company events/activities.
  • Review and renew insurance policies.
  • Handle any ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR and administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and laws.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently, with minimum supervision.
