WORK ARRANGEMENT

Location: Thomson Plaza
Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday
Work Hours: Weekdays 9.30am - 7pm, Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Execute HR operational functions related to employees’ data maintaining, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
• Create job postings on various hiring platforms to source and attract potential candidates
• Plan and schedule interview, including screening calls, assessments, and physical/Zoom interviews with hiring managers
• Assist and keep track of all employee related processes, including onboarding and offboarding processes, training, orientation, confirmation, appraisals, dissemination of information to relevant parties etc
• Assist with employee inquiries, requests, grievances etc
• Assist in the reviewing of policies and process flows
• Assist in arranging adhoc events for the organisationAssist in any adhoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent with 1 year of work experience as a HR Generalist
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
