Description:
Company Description
Third Bridge is a market-leading investment research firm. We provide integrated solutions for the world’s top investors and business leaders to help them make smarter and faster decisions. No other company in the world provides the same holistic investment offering: our superpower is the combination of human insights and unique investor-led content with a global expert network. Job Description
Responsibilities:
As the new HR Generalist, you’ll be partnering with HR specialists and core business verticals to support a range of HR functions. You’ll gain hands-on experience as the main contact between employees and our People Team, facilitating great collaboration across our people operations functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Payroll and Benefits.
Proactively engaging with the employee body, you’ll form relationships with managers and respond to their queries, incidents and concerns. You’ll be involved in the entire employee lifecycle, engaging with colleagues at each key moment of the employee journey: from onboarding and probation, performance management including support for underachievers and personal improvement plans, progression and development, through to offboarding and the leaver process.
This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in the HR career to join a supportive and collaborative team, gaining valuable experience of the practical HR activities necessary to ensure a scaling international business thrives. You’ll encounter a variety of employee relations cases, right to work and visa administration and auditing, and a lot more as no two days are ever the same in HR. This is an initial 12 months contract with the possibility of extension and permanency in the future.
